  • Hourly Work: Billed in advance; no refunds for completed hours.

  • Negligence Cases: Repeated revision requests beyond limits without valid feedback.

Exception: Service fundamentally undelivered or misrepresented—we’ll redo or refund fully.

Exchanges & Credits 

Prefer not to cancel? We offer flexible alternatives:

  • Service Exchange: Swap SEO for PPC setup (equal value).

  • Account Credit: 100-120% of refund amount for future services (expires 6 months).

  • Free Optimizations: 10-20 hours extra on underperforming work.

  • Extended Support: Bonus month on retainers.

Credits transferable to affiliates; email to apply.

Cancellations 

  • Prepaid Projects: Cancel anytime before start—full refund minus 10% admin fee (waived first time).

  • Monthly Retainers: 30-day written notice. No refunds for active month.

  • Auto-Renewals: Disable anytime in client portal; notice not needed.

We’ll provide final reports/assets upon cancellation.

Dispute Resolution 

Most issues resolve amicably. For disputes:

  2. Escalate to mediation (Lahore Arbitration Center if in Pakistan).

  3. Courts: Exclusive jurisdiction in Lahore, Pakistan.

  4. No chargebacks without discussion—agrees to 20% penalty.

International Clients 

Same policy applies globally. Currency: Quotes in PKR/USD. Refunds in original currency at transaction rate. Expect longer processing for wires. Comply with your local laws (e.g., EU GDPR rights honored).
